How does Reserve & Collect work

It’s simple – start your search online to find your car. You can reserve your car over the phone, and arrange a suitable time to collect your car from your nearest store. You can also organise finance as well as a part exchange before your arrival in store. 

Plus, it’s even easier to buy now thanks to our online collections portal. This allows you to complete all the necessary paperwork from home so when you arrive at your nearest store we can just handover the keys so you can start enjoying your new car straightaway.

  • Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm
  • Saturday 10am - 4pm

Reserve & Collect FAQs

How do I organise collection?

Reserve & Collect is available on all cars. You can collect your car within 24 hours if the car is available for Same Day Driveaway and you do not wish to move the car to a different store. If the car is not currently available for Same Day Driveaway or you want to move the car to a different store, we’ll get in touch to let you know the next available collection date.

Can I get finance?

Finance is available on all cars, subject to status, and is available from 7.9% APR. You can request a finance quote from one of the team either over the phone or when visiting one of our stores. All our options are flexible and tailored to you so you can find the right one for you or transfer from an existing finance arrangement.

How do I arrange a part exchange?

A competitive part exchange valuation of your current vehicle can be offered over the phone and this is a valuation based on the description given. As part of the handover process, a member of the team will confirm the valuation is accurate. If the description of the car given over the phone is not completely accurate this may result in the valuation offer changing on collection.

Do I pay a deposit?

The £99 deposit is a reservation fee which takes the car off the website and means the car can't be purchased by another person. The £99 reservation fee is included in the total amount payable and is not an additional fee. If you have chosen to purchase your car using finance, the £99 reservation fee is included in the amount you wish to pay towards your deposit. If you do not wish to proceed with the purchase of the car we will refund your £99 reservation fee and the car will be put back on sale.

When do I need to have my car insurance in place?

You can take advantage of our 5-day insurance cover, provided in partnership with Lloyd Latchford. For just £20 you can start driving straight away. This can only be arranged on the day of your collection and needs to be set up before you drive your car. You'll then have time to shop around and get the best quote for your car. You'll receive details of how to activate your cover by email shortly before your collection.
